Outpatient Treatment for Opioid or Alcohol Dependency,

including Medication-Assisted and other Non-Medication Therapies

Medications are often utilized to assist with management of cravings, or as a deterrent to drug and alcohol use. Studies have shown these approaches to be very effective in keeping patients engaged with recovery, as well as maintaining long-term sobriety from all substances. The most commonly utilized medications are: Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone), oral Naltrexone, and once-a-month Naltrexone.

Recovery Counseling

Early recovery can be especially stressful, and stress can lead to relapse. Working with Dr. Sprintz and his team, our patients are assisted with navigating this crucial period.

Outpatient Opioid Taper and Detox

Detoxing from opioids can be a very unpleasant and painful experience. We offer tapering and discontinuation protocols to ease this transition to sobriety. Each patient’s medication regimen is determined individually, in order to determine and utilize the lowest effective dose(s).

We also offer the latest technology to treat Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (OWS). We proudly offer and support Spark Biomedical’s newest Ascent, non-invasive, non-drug treatment to treat symptoms of opioid withdrawal.
